Ask the plant a question, and check every line of the answer

One question became a plan of three engine steps and a brief in which every sentence points to its source.

In brief

  • The question: is the flow rate on the coolant pump capable and in control?
  • The Conductor planned three engine steps, ran them, and cited each in its brief.
  • When the assistant tried to record a change without approval, the platform refused it.

One question, three steps

A quality engineer asked MIYOQA a plain question: is the flow rate on DEMO-EPUMP-100 capable and in control? The Conductor, the coordinator inside MIYOQA Intelligence, turned it into a plan of three engine steps: a capability study, an SPC snapshot and the daily action list.

The MIYOQA Conductor answering whether the flow rate is capable and in control, with three engine steps and a brief that cites each step.
Capability Ppk 3.233 and Cpk 2.327 from 25 readings; the process in control; 7 open actions, 6 of them blocking. Each statement in the brief cites the step that produced it.

Figures from engines, not from a language model

Every number in the brief came from an engine, and each statement names its step, so the engineer can open the calculation behind it. The brief can be filed as a memorandum on the part. This run used MIYOQA's built-in planner, which needs no language model; where a customer enables it, Claude does the planning, and the engines still calculate.

The same question, inside Chart Studio

The question does not need a separate tool. From the control chart itself, "Ask Miyoqa Intelligence" runs the same plan beside the chart and shows the answer as computed figures with their evidence and the assumptions that had to hold.

An individuals and moving range chart of flow rate on DEMO-EPUMP-100: 25 readings, in control, no test failed.
Flow rate, 25 readings: in control, no test failed, with the limits and the test set shown beside the chart.
The Miyoqa Intelligence panel beside the chart, with the answer marked Computed: Cpk 2.327, Ppk 3.233, 25 readings, 0 violations, 7 open items, 6 blocking, and the evidence for each step.
The answer is marked Computed. Every tile is an engine figure, and the evidence lists the step behind it.

What the assistant may not do

Some acts always belong to a person. When the assistant attempted to record an FMEA action without an approved request naming that exact change, the platform refused it and said what a person must approve.

A refusal in the task log: recording an FMEA action was refused by the approval check.
The refusal is the platform's own wording: a person approves the specific act, not the category.

Why it matters

An answer is only useful in quality work if it can be checked. MIYOQA gives answers that cite their source, keeps the record of how they were reached, and leaves approval with the people accountable for it.

Demonstration case. The records come from Project M, a synthetic programme that ships with MIYOQA for training and evaluation. No customer data is shown.
