This policy explains what personal data Miyoqa Technologies ("MIYOQA", "we", "us") collects through this website, miyoqa.com, and how we use it. Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@miyoqa.com.

What this website collects

This website has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics. It does not set cookies. See the Cookie Statement.

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data for each request, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. These logs are used to operate and secure the website and are kept for the period the hosting provider sets.
• Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore sends your IP address and browser information to Google when a page is opened.
• Demonstration request form. If you submit the form, we receive your name, work email, job title, company, country, and any phone number, industry, interests and message you provide. The form's data is stored in our Google Workspace account and sent to our team by email.
• Email. If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.

How we use it

We use the information you send through the form or by email to reply to you, to arrange a demonstration and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use server logs only to operate and protect the website. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running a secure website, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who receives it

Personal data is processed by the service providers we use to host this website (Google Firebase), to store form requests and to handle email (Google Workspace). They act on our instructions. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, write to contact@miyoqa.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

The MIYOQA platform

This policy covers this website only. Data that customers place in the MIYOQA platform is governed by the agreement between MIYOQA and that customer.
